Preferred Vendor Agreement

 Thank you for being interested in becoming a Preferred Vendor with Em & Co. Events!

Our goal is to build a trusted network of talented professionals who share our commitment to exceptional service and creating memorable events for our clients.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

APPLICATION REVIEW:

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into our Preferred Vendor Network. All applications are reviewed based on professionalism, quality of work, communication, and compatibility with our brand and clientele.

NO GUARANTEED REFERRALS:

Acceptance as a Preferred Vendor does not guarantee referrals, bookings, or a minimum number of clients. Referrals are made solely at the discretion of Em & Co. Events based on each client's needs, preferences, budget, and availability. 

INDEPENDENT BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP:

Preferred Vendors remain independent businesses and are solely responsible for their own:

• Contracts 
• Pricing 
• Scheduling 
• Payments 
• Taxes 
• Insurance 
• Licenses and permits (if applicable) 
• Services provided to clients 

Our business does not assume responsibility for services performed by any vendor.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS:

Preferred Vendors agree to maintain professional communication, arrive on time, fulfill agreed-upon services, and represent their business courteously and respectfully when working with clients referred through Em & Co. Events. 

ACCURATE INFORMATION:

All information submitted within the application must be truthful and accurate. If business information changes (contact information, pricing, service area, etc.), vendors are encouraged to notify us so our records remain current. 

MARKETING PERMISSION:

By submitting this application, you grant Em & Co. Events permission to review and reference your publicly shared business information, website, portfolio, and social media accounts for evaluation purposes.

If accepted as a Preferred Vendor, you also grant permission for your business name, logo, and approved images to be featured on our website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE:

Preferred Vendors understand that referrals reflect on Em & Co. Events' reputation. Vendors agree to provide honest communication, quality workmanship, and a positive customer experience for every client referred through our business. 

RIGHT TO REMOVE:

Em & Co. Events reserves the right to remove any vendor from the Preferred Vendor Network at any time if we determine that their services, professionalism, communication, or business practices no longer align with our standards or values. 

ACCEPTANCE: 

By submitting your Preferred Vendor Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
